Direct-to-Garment (DTG) is an modern printing technique that uses advanced inkjet printers to apply ink directly onto fabrics (hence the name). As an alternative to traditional screen printing, DTG offers versatility, speed, and vivid color reproduction. Perfect for intricate designs and photorealistic images, it’s the go-to method when you want impeccable detail with color gradients, and swift results on cotton apparel like t-shirts, hoodies. This type of printing does require a specific 100% cotton garments.
Once a design is sent to the printer, water-based ink is applied in a single layer that quickly absorbs into the shirt’s fibers.
Our typical turnaround time is 10-14 business days depending on our schedule. Turnaround time begins when you have paid in full or put down a 50% deposit and your artwork has been approved.

You’ll need a vector-type file (such as .ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf and .fla). Photo images (the ones you’re more familiar with also known as raster) such as a .jpg, .png, .bmp are not acceptable and will require us to recreate the art. This may incur additional fees if the design is complicated.
